An excellent alternative to other alcoholic drinks, our strong, still cider is made from the juice of farm pressed Kentish Culinary and Dessert apples. Available in sweet, medium or dry these ciders will quench your thirst in the heat of summer or the chill of winter. For warming alcoholic drinks try our Monks Delight, made from our Kentish cider, pure honey, and spices. Ready to mull, it is without a doubt the ideal drink for summer barbecues and cold winter parties! Connoisseurs of apple cider will also enjoy our Special Reserve, a dark, rich cider matured in Oak Whisky Casks, with an alcoholic strength of 13.5 by volume. We also produce a sparkling cider, bottle fermented by the traditional method to produce a dry, fruity sparkling cider with an alcoholic strength of 10.5%. Ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to a meal.
